Nice condo with everything you could think of. Actual had both a Kurig and Drip coffee maker. Also included body wash, shampoo and cream rinse but not listed on check-in material.A little more run down than it looks in the pictures, but nothing bad. Space was a little tight in the living area and bedroom, pretty small bathroom. Good for 2 people but I wouldn't want to try it with more people or kids.Padre Rentals was very responsive, generally responded in under an hour to our messages. Great people to work with. Had one problem with the elevator not working one morning. Called the property manager and he had it fixed when we tried it again 10 minutes later.We came to SPI for the spacex launch, we could have watched from the balcony but the tower was obscured by palm trees. Since it was our first launch we went to the park at the end of the island instead. After the launch we went up to the 6th floor breezeway and it has a perfect view.Overall recommend as a good place to stay on SPI.

Great Time

Our Weekend get away was perfect room 409 was just what we needed for two people. The pool was big having two jacuzzi’s one for adults and one for family’s was top tier the pool area has so much space you’re not crowded by families. Our host Criss was awesome got the email to check in a few days in advance so that made everything really smooth and check out was a breeze also all thanks to Criss. Definitely want to come back and stay in room 409 again.
