Nice house, older but clean and well equipped. Location is great. Views are beautiful! I did miss the fact there was no AC, this was only an issue for one of the upstairs rooms that did not get much breeze. Contacted management and they had a fan for us pronto which did the trick! The only real issue was an ant problem, there were Terro traps around the house but I didn't really want to be attracting more ants, which those bait traps do. If not for the ants - 5 stars!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, convenient location, and found the home clean and well equipped. We appreciate your understanding regarding the lack of A/C, and we're happy our team was able to get a fan to you quickly so you could stay comfortable. We also appreciate you letting us know about the ants. We've shared your feedback with our maintenance team so they can address the issue. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!

This property was even more beautiful than the photos. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was, by far, the best. Everything you could possibly need was provided and easy to find. The views were amazing and the hot tub was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 enjoyed the stay. The views were breathtaking and we were even able to spot whales and dolphins from the upper deck. The house was clean and well stocked with the supplies we needed. It was a very relaxing trip, and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.

Beautiful & relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our three 18-21 year old kids & labrador retriever and had a wonderful time. The constant sound of the waves crashing against the beach lulled us to sleep. It's a beautiful, pet friendly home and is just 15 minutes from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and about 45 to the Monterey Bay aquarium.

We could not have been happier with our rental. The house was immaculate and the views even more impressive than shown in the pictures. This is by far the best rental we have had in our many years of using VRBO. We are already looking forward to going back to the same property in the future.

Beautiful Retreat!

We had a wonderful family vacation. A beautiful location with a lot of space to visit and play games. The property has anything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the extra bedding and pillows which allowed us to keep the windows open and listen to the ocean. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!
