Trash: Please make sure to leave trash bags inside the dumpster and lock it to avoid wild life to get in there. Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste

Please set the thermostat to 65 in the winter months and turn it OFF in the summer ones.

Return any furniture or items you may have moved to their original spots. Turn off all lights, electronics, appliances, make sure nothing is again the heathers to avoid fire hazards.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
