The property was very nice, close to the gulf, nice spa and pool. The bedrooms were all furnished very nice, each with their own full bathroom. The kitchen was tight, but was well stocked with appliances and dishes. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Jennifer was very cooperative and easy to work with. 5 stars

Adorable cottage that lives bigger than it looks. The location could not be better on Siesta Key. Walking distance to a small high-quality market, several restaurants, shops and the beach. Each guest had their own room and bathroom with updated and tasteful decor. Kids loved the heated pool with slide and the adults appreciated the all of the different types of seating areas near the pool and outdoor shower. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary items for cooking and serving meals. Parking allowed for 4 cars however guests found the excellent location caused them to not need a car. This is a fresh and well thought-out property that made for an enjoyable family reunion. Jenn is a professional host and communicates quickly.
