Thank you for your feedback. I am so glad you enjoyed the location, scenery, and wildlife. I also appreciate your comments about cleanliness and will share it with my cleaning team as we continue working to improve. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
We had a wonderful time. The chalet was in a great location. There was plenty of room for our family of eight. I cooked a few meals and had everything needed in the kitchen. We saw several bear walking through the yard and watched safely from the balcony. I really liked the game room and living room were big enough for everyone to relax and play games or watch tv together.

When I purchased this property it had good bones (Mountain view, 2 living rooms, close to downtown Gatlinburg). I spent 6 months redesigning the space.
My guest experience lens: My father died when I was a child and I designed this space to reflect all the things we loved doing as a family.
I hope stay here, brings travelers great joy and wonderful moments. ❤️
Why they chose this property
Smoky Mountain cabin in a peaceful setting. This cabin is perfectly located, just a 5-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg while still tucked away in the Smoky Mountains. There are a few mountain road, but after a trip or two, it becomes easy to navigate. One of the most unique features is the gondolas passing directly overhead throughout the day and evenings, adding to the mountain atmosphere and scenic experience.
What makes this property unique
Bear sightings are frequent at this cabin. During the warmer months, bears commonly roam through the property, especially in the mornings and early evenings. (Feeding bears is illegal in Gatlinburg.) Guests often enjoy watching them safely from the upper balcony.
