Perfect condo for my husband and I.Condo was very clean, beach decorated, everything we needed was there. Perfect location, down 1 flight of stairs cross the street and on the beach. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend calling the week ahead to make sure they are reserved for you or get down there early, they set out a few extra. They put the chairs up at 5:00, you might want your own if you want to stay longer. We were there mid Aug, the private beach was not crowded and it was quiet, maybe 12-15 couples/small families at a time.We had a wonderful relaxing time, would definitely choose here again.

Perfect location for beach lovers! The battery on the door lock died and they were there in no time to replace! Convenient beach service, however there was only one beach worker that was friendly, TJ! Went above and beyond to help! He was super even though he was busy!The condo does need some repairs due to wear & tear-shower head clogged so terrible water flow, shower floor tile, pillows, bedroom closet doors broken, balcony door blinds(terrible). Kitchen sink also needed the screen cleaned or replaced. Furniture shows some wear, but nothing too bad. These things were just from multiple use and breakdown over time. Overall it was great! Communication was exceptional and friendly! We’ll probably come again! Maybe it will have a fresh look before then!
