At Koa + Paka, you’ll be immersed in the elements and "aloha" spirit of the island. There are 2 distinct structures:
Koa Ku'ono: Defined by hand-carved tropical woodwork, this 1 bed/1 bath home features a full kitchen, a private queen bedroom, and living area with a sleeper sofa.
Hale Paka: A "big" Tiny Home with modern amenities, a private bedroom, and two unique lofts - one with a queen bed and one a cozy nook. Unlike most tiny homes, Hale Paka offers a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
More details: Full Kitchens: A complete culinary space featuring full-sized refrigerators, standard gas (propane) ranges, and ample prep space in both structures.
Full Baths: A full-sized bathroom with full bath and showers in both structures.
Laundry Pavilion: Just a few steps from your door, a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The outdoor living areas are shrouded in bamboo, creating a natural screen for the dedicated seating area. Whether you're sipping Kona coffee or listening to the rain, the wrap-around greenery ensures your stay is beautiful.
The two structures are about 80' apart, so perfect for a bit of privacy yet convenient to walk and connect.
A/C is only available in the master bedroom of the main house. While ceiling and portable fans are available in the main living areas of each structure.
