Welcome to the completely renovated TREIBGUT holiday apartment (completed in May 2022). Here you’ll find a cosy and luxurious 3-room apartment on the top floor (2nd floor) with an area of approximately 85 m².<br/>The apartment offers numerous amenities, such as a Teufel home theatre system, a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi in all rooms, two smart TVs—each with Netflix access—as well as a large Blu-ray collection and two balconies.<br/>The beds are hotel-quality; both box-spring beds feature high-quality mattresses and an additional topper each. The bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the apartment also includes a washing machine.<br/>Cosiness meets luxury, and the Baltic Sea is within easy reach.<br/>The sea and a beautiful natural beach are just a 7-minute walk away.<br/>You’ll be spared the hassle of searching for parking or paying high parking fees, as the apartment has its own parking space. Your bicycles can be stored safely in the bike shed, and a handcart is also available for your use.<br/>Whether you visit in summer or winter, the TREIBGUT apartment will delight you. Enjoy the warm summer evenings on one of the two balconies, or relax in the cosy apartment during the winter. Bed linens for €20.00 per person, towels for €10.00 per person, or as a linen package for €25.00 per person.<br/><br/>The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* and utilities.<br/> *Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you’ll need to provide your own supplies during your stay.<br><br><br><br>Treibgut Holiday Rental:<br><br>• Living room: cosy corner couch (does not convert to a bed), 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Teufel home theatre system with Bluetooth for easy pairing with smartphones. Blu-ray player and a Blu-ray library with approximately 100 films of all genres, including children’s films. There is a ceiling fan. Access to one of the balconies to enjoy the morning sun.<br/><br/>• Dining area: open-concept living space with a dining table for 5 people, 3 chairs, and a bench<br/><br/>• Kitchen: High-quality built-in kitchen by Nolte with an induction cooktop and oven. Includes a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, separate milk frother, and, of course, the classics like a coffee maker, toaster, etc.<br/><br/>• Bedroom I: Cosy, hotel-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with mattresses and toppers in various firmness levels, plus an additional topper. 40-inch smart TV with Netflix. Wardrobe, nightstands with reading lamps. Access to a balcony to enjoy the evening sun.<br/><br/>• Guest Room: Cosy, hotel-quality box-spring bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, with a mattress and topper. Plus an additional bed in the kids’ den, also 1.40 x 2.00 m; Note: Suitable only for children/teens; not a sleeping area for adults.
