This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The house was immaculately clean and had ample space for us all to hang out. The master bathroom was incredible, everyone loved the heated floor. Katie was very prompt with responding to my messages and was a wonderful host. We loved our stay here and you will too!

**One of the Best Places We’ve Ever Stayed!**We had a wonderful stay!Check in and checkout were incredibly easy, and communication was excellent from start to finish.The house was beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We had 6 people. It was very well stocked with amenities, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets. **The heated bathroom floor was amazing, and we absolutely loved the shower setup!** Those little extra touches made the house feel even more comfortable and luxurious.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. The fire pit was fantastic! We brought our own firewood, but they even had plenty of wood stacked. The view of the river was absolutely beautiful, and the entire property was so peaceful and quiet.Overall, this was honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful scenery, a wonderful home, plenty of space, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was fantastic! The house setup is perfect for a group, whether it’s an adult only trip or family. The living room and dining area are super spacious, and it was easy for us all to gather and spend time altogether in the space. We weren't with our kids but it is definitely a family friendly home with lots of kids items to use if needed. The host was very responsive during the stay and checked in often. We loved the location, since it was private enough without being super remote and it was super easy for us to get to Saugatuck/Douglas and the beach as well!The house was very clean and so nicely decorated. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch! Good view from the spacious deck and the fire pit area was so cute! The kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and other items for use which was great.Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

What a fantastic stay! The home was immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It offered plenty of room for our family and provided the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and relaxation.The secluded setting was one of our favorite features, and the river views were simply amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery and peaceful surroundings.The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and truly dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.We loved everything about this property and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We've stayed at short-term vacation rentals all over the U.S., and honestly, this was one of the nicest we've experienced. The home is on the river, so it has a great view of the river and woods. The deck is perfect for birdwatching. Inside, it is beautifully decorated. It felt like we were staying inside the pages of Architectural Digest. It's only about 15 minutes away from Saugatuck and all the city has to offer. It felt like the host gave some thought to what guests might enjoy. In addition to the normal amenities you'd expect, there were extra touches. There were two sets of binoculars for birdwatching, white noise machines in the bedrooms, a firepit, a horseshoe pit, and fresh flowers on the kitchen island were just a few things that we appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped. The main bathroom had a fancy shower and a soaking tub, and both bathrooms were well-stocked with lots of fluffy towels and luxury soaps and lotions. Everything was very clean.We hope to visit again!
