This property is perfect for a stay in Williamsburg! Communicating with Giovanna was great and their place is lovely. Three of us stayed for a long weekend and there was plenty of room with many extras. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Plenty to do just at the property and very close to Jamestown, with Colonial Williamsburg being about 10 minutes away and Yorktown about 30 minutes. I hope we can return in the future!

Host was super responsive and sweet but unfortunately I didn't get the room that was in the description online When first booked, received an immediate notice that specific unit was overbooked and not available but we would get an upgrade at a "sister facility". Ended up arriving and 1 room was twin beds, and facility packed. Also, this new location was never updated to VRBO online so I could not simply share the itin for others traveling from elsewhere. Not a great vrbo stay. Host is extremely nice and again, very quick to respond, but it didn't help that I had to try and sleep in a twin bed for 3 nights,

To begin with, I selected a location and my card was charged. Thought everything was good, but then I received a message saying the unit I was already charged for was no longer available. The only other options were to go to another location or pay an extra 208 for an upgrade. Mind you, again, my card has already been charged. Then at check in, the red haired lady at the front was extremely rude. Not only at check in, with me, but any time we had a question. The grills had no propane and one of the rooms had no AC. Giovanna tried to help, but there wasn’t much she could do, and the red haired lady at the “resort” could care less about us anyway since we didn’t book through Hilton. This resort is not recommended.
