You can reach the Ruhr Valley Bike Trail by bike in three minutes and Highway 44 by car in five minutes.<br><br>The most important shops, such as a bakery, petrol station, pharmacy, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, are located right in the immediate vicinity. You’re also very close to the Karolinenhospital, yet far enough away from the busy streets to enjoy some peace and quiet in the apartment.<br><br>You’ll be staying on two levels in our spacious duplex apartment on the second floor of a historic building from the Gründerzeit era. The Turkish-inspired interior design creates a special, cosy atmosphere, and<br>gives the place a touch of “One Thousand and One Nights.” <br><br>Families with children and groups of five will find this the ideal place to stay. Additionally, sleeping accommodation can be expanded to seven people with a sofa bed in the living room. The Dilara Suite is also suitable for couples and business travellers who prefer more space. <br><br>THE ACCOMMODATION<br>You’ll stay on two levels in our spacious maisonette apartment on the second floor of a historic building from the Gründerzeit era. The Turkish-inspired interior design creates a special, cosy atmosphere, evoking a touch of *1,001 Nights*. <br><br>Upon arrival, you’ll step into our light-filled hallway and open-concept living area, where you can spend a cosy evening watching a good film on the Smart TV (Netflix). If you’re travelling as a group, our spacious kitchen is the perfect place to gather around the large dining table and plan your next day together. You can prepare your favourite meals in our fully equipped kitchenette. The basic ingredients you’ll need—salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and oil—are always on hand.<br><br>Using the curtain provided, you can separate the lower bedroom from the living area for more privacy. From here, you can reach the upper level via the elegant spiral staircase, which leads to the master bedroom. In total, the rooms are equipped with three comfortable beds and a sleeper sofa.<br><br>In the large, classic bathroom with natural light, you’ll find not only a shower but also a wonderful bathtub where you can run a bubble bath and relax after an eventful day.<br><br>The icing on the cake is the private, south-facing garden, which invites you to linger when the weather is nice. In addition, there are numerous parking options on the street.
