Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountain views, recharge your batteries in the healthy mountain air, and spend the glorious sunny days on the large balcony or in the garden.<br> A holiday at our child-friendly house means a getaway for the whole family and a break from everyday life. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. You can comfortably prepare your meals in the fully equipped, separate kitchen-living room, which includes a dishwasher. The bright, cosy holiday apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms, a spacious entryway with a tiled stove, a wooden staircase, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We provide the towels. The cosy duvets are extra-long. This apartment is recommended for people with allergies, as it features only natural wood or tile flooring throughout. The kitchen, entryway, and bathroom have tile floors.<br> From the very large, spacious balconies, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains!<br><br> Reit im Winkl: A Climatic Health Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the requirements for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat remains moderate and nights stay pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat and providing ample bus service.<br> We are a long-standing family-run business and live on the property.
