We rented out the 6 villas at once and had a great time. We were there during a cold front that hit Florida and the units even had heaters. The only personal issue was some of the mattresses were a bit hard, but it did the job anyways. Parking was sufficient and each unit had plenty of amenities.

Luckily we had all units so we swapped out kitchen supplies Would like to realize how to control motion lights, on at night when out by the pool Hot tub control for both heat and bubbles

Mermaid Tails Villas

Nice quiet residential safe neighborhood. We were a party of 12 and we rented all 6 villas. Kitchens were nicely supplied as we ate most of our meals on property. About a 5 minute walk to the beach that was not at all crowded. Shops close by and Walmart about a 10 minute drive. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only downside was check in when they say 4pm that’s what they mean. We arrived at 3pm the property was vacant but they would not give us the code to enter the property until 4pm. We all waited outside in the heat.
