When available, additional parking is $10 per vehicle per night and is on a first come, first served basis. The parking is located on the first floor. PARKING: ONE parking space available. Register at Building for a fee. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great beautiful property all amenities were lovely. The only small thing to complain was the condition of the master bedroom bed. Very uncomfortable.

The property itself was very spacious and comfortable. Balcony view of the ocean and bay was lovely. The building itself was clean and the pool was nice. Thought the 100 parking fee was a bit hefty. Host was very responsive.

The bedroom bed had yellow stains which on the mattress covers. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The place is decorated beautifully with all decor associated with the sea and ocean. Also having to pay 100 for parking was insane.. not enough attention was put into fine cleaning.

Great Space for families

The rooms are very spacious and well-cleaned. The views are simply sensational as well. The only complaint is some inconvenience with some furniture having too much mobility.

Nice condo

Condo was nice. We wanted a room that faced the beach but it faced another way but we were able to see part of the beach from our balcony. Workers were helpful. Pull out couch bed had food all over so that didn’t get used. My son just slept on the couch
