I appreciated the detailed electronic communication, you knew exactly what to do. The keyless entry code was seemless , they even included a video which was helpful. The unit was very clean, and the views were excellent. Two balconies oceanside. A view of the bay on bayside from rear bedroom. Loved the starter kit. It does need updating in terms of furniture, there were stains on the sofas and dining chairs. We just covered it..beds not comfortable, new mattresses are needed for sure. The unit however, delivered on what we needed, no stress and time with family. Nice restaurants close by. Although, there was construction, it didn't adversely effect our stay, which was told to us beforehand also where to park. .No surprises!

Thank you for this wonderful review. We're so glad the detailed electronic communication and keyless entry setup made arrival smooth, and that you enjoyed exploring the excellent views from both oceanside balconies and the bay view from the rear bedroom. We're thrilled the starter kit was a hit and that you had such relaxing, stress-free time with family. We really appreciate your feedback about the sofas, dining chairs, and mattresses. Those comfort and furnishing notes have been shared with the owner to consider for future updates. We're so glad the home delivered on what you needed and that the nearby restaurants and advance notice about construction made for a seamless stay with no surprises. We'd love to welcome you back. Condo needed updating, which I knew, but it was clean. The view from the balcony was incredible and worth everything. We were out there all the time except to sleep and go out. The pool and lounge chairs were very nice, new and clean. Walk to the beach was extremely short from the pool. My texts and emails to VueStay Maryland were answered quickly.

Thank you for such a kind review. We're delighted the balcony view lived up to the hype and became your favorite spot to spend the day, and that the pool and lounge chairs felt fresh and inviting with the beach just steps away. It's good to know our team was quick to answer your messages too. We'd love to host you again whenever your travels bring you back. The VueStay Team

Beach view wonderful. Pool wonderful - shaded much of the day in September. Host very responsive and very helpful from beginning to end. This unit is in dire need of updates! Old furniture put in corners needs removed Couch dirty. Steps dirty. Mattresses old. Rust on vents. Blinds broken. For a Penthouse - disappointing. Keypad at the door is unreliable. Sometimes had to type in code ten times before it took.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the condition of the unit fell short of what you'd expect, especially for a penthouse stay. The issues you noted with the furniture, mattresses, blinds, rust, and keypad reliability don't meet the standard we hold, and we've shared your detailed feedback with our property owner, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so they can review and address these concerns. We're so glad the beach view, pool, and our host's responsiveness made a positive difference during your time with us, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to do better.
