The sailing and fishing harbour—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city centre itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks into Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 metres away, behind City Hall.


Apartment Grey:
This holiday apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system.
Layout: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer. The Grey holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Size: 44 square metres—accommodates up to 4 people.

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square metres—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
