We had sugar ants when moving into the townhouse. Ant bait trap was dropped off but it requires scissors that we could find in the house. We talked about more immediate response like bombing but decided we did not want chemicals. The smoke detector went off at 4:30am first night because low battery. Had to disconnect from ceiling. Televisions were internet tv and you had to log into your own accounts. Nothing provided. Master bedroom TV was a Vizeo that could not even play Netflix without glitching. The house we set to 75, which they state, but fourth floor was roasting. How hard is it to cool the place before we arrive? Overall, I felt very little hospitality and a lot of “you’re a number”. I like paying for places that care about if you’re comfortable and this place felt like they were contractually meeting the minimum guaranteed. Most likely I’ll pay for somewhere else next time.
