About this property

Primitive A-frame Cabin on 90 acres

Our "cabin" is deep in the woods, more than 1/2 mile from the nearest neighbor. Because cell service is poor on the roads nearby, your map apps may not work. So, we meet you (2+ hours before dark) at the Logan Walmart, lead you to the property, and introduce you to the amenities.
Inside the cabin, cell service is fine.
Our well water has a high iron content but it's good for dishwashing, showers, etc. We provide a large jug of drinking water, but you may want to bring extra.

The space
The cabin is very comfortable, but definitely deep in the woods, so be prepared to see occasional mouse droppings, insects and maybe black snakes, if you're lucky. There are decks, picnic tables, a firepit and 90 acres of forest to explore.

Guest access
You'll be on your own, on the whole property. We live an hour away, but will be available by phone.

Other things to note
There's a fireplace inside the cabin, as well as a firepit nearby.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved staying at this A frame cabin. Our dogs loved the large area to run around and play. We loved how quite it is and the privacy! Great fire pit. We really felt at home here and plan to return again. Hal was a wonderful host! Met us and took us to the property and showed us around. Only recommendations we have is to either get satellite wifi and TV or get a DVD player and selection of movies to watch. The charcoal grill was a little small but he does have grill racks for the fire pit. This is a rustic cabin and we loved it! Loved the decor. Really appreciate them sharing this wonderful piece of paradise with us!
