Escape to a coastal retreat in this third-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, just steps away from Sea Colony’s private beach and oceanfront pools! Enjoy easy access within the unit with no stairs to navigate. This one-level condo features a comfortable living and dining area, ideal for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a brand-new stove (installed November 2024) and both bathrooms were recently renovated (2021). All new mattresses - two new queen beds, two new twin beds, and a new queen sofa bed (January 2025) - make this home perfect for restful nights after a day in the sun. This unit also boasts TWO designated, assigned spaces. It has central air conditioning, and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and relax with three TVs throughout the condo. With prime access to one of Delaware’s top resorts, your beach vacation is bound to be unforgettable.

A great spot to unwind

This was such a cozy and convenient location for beach and tennis and exploring southern DE beaches. No direct view of beach but that didn’t matter as it was a welcoming environment. The Sea colony community is really nice and easy to get around in also. We would rent this again.

The entry rug was frayed and dangerous. Mirror on bathroom wall is old. There was sand al over the balcony. We paid full price for the pools but most of them were closed. The room could use some updating.
