A great vacation spot

We had an amazing week. The condo was well kept, and provided us all the space we needed and could have wanted. The screened porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee and dinner, as well as an after beach rest.

Bethany

I was a bit disappointed, there were ants and ant traps in the interior. Our stay was just okay.

Thank you for taking the time to review your August Sea Colony stay. We value your feedback and apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the ants. Ants are a challenging and common problem in the beach area and even though Sea Colony takes proactive steps and treats the grounds and does perimeter treatments, they can still become an issue from time to time. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is very important to us and we are sorry that you had this experience on your vacation. We hope you will give us an opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next Coastal Delaware trip.

Peace and quiet! 😎

We enjoyed are stay at Sea Colony. Liked having access to all the pools. Tram was a great way to get back and forth to the beach. Condo was cozy. Tucked away in the back of Sea Colony. Grandsons (12 and 8) loved the pond for fishing. Would recommend renting or bringing bikes to get around.
