The location is excellent and close to everything: walk to Sea Colony tennis club, fitness center etc. the house is nicely decorated and well furnished with amenities. The check-in process is smooth and easy. Our only complaint is that the carpet needs an update, and some of the floor tiles in the master bedroom bathroom are loose.

Sea colony great vacation spot

Amenities; pickleball, tennis, beach, pools, beach, gym are fabulous. Grounds throughout are immaculately maintained and beautiful. Bethany is a fabulous family oriented beach town. Great restaurants throughout the area.

Great apartment!

This apartment was so clean, had everything you would need there, and was just steps away from the sea colony tram/buses, as well as the new kids splash pad. We would love to stay again!

Amazing Stay!

We had a great time at Sea Colony and loved the location of this unit! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the trolley comes right next door! The screened in porch was especially nice to have during buggy hours.

We had a hard time locating the office to check in because the name on the front did not match the name of the host. When we arrived at the unit it had not been cleaned. We waited an hour after arrival time for it to be completed. They did clean well once they were there. The listing in VRBO did not state about extra amenity costs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that check-in wasn't smooth, especially with the confusion finding the office and the delay while cleaning was completed. That falls short of the standard we hold, and we've shared all of this with our local team to review. We also appreciate you noting the clarity issue around amenity costs in the listing, as that's important information for future guests deciding whether to book. We're glad the cleaning was thorough once it was underway, and we hope you were still able to enjoy your stay. The VueStay Team
