Enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, a basketball court, a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. Vacasa did an excellent job of welcoming us and making sure we knew where everything was. The view was peaceful and soothing, and, in January, the hot tub was a very nice perk!

We loved Bethany Beach and definitely plan to return, but unfortunately we would not stay in this particular unit again.The biggest issue was that the condo was extremely outdated. It felt like it hadn't been updated since it was built, with old décor, oversized furniture that made the space feel cramped, and closets packed with excess items. The furnishings and ceiling fans were noticeably worn, and the TV was difficult to use because it was so outdated. We also expected to find at least a few basic cleaning supplies, but there were essentially none available. Additionally, the outdoor patio table was broken, which made it less enjoyable to use the balcony.For the price, we expected a much more updated and comfortable space.That said, there were definitely positives. The ocean view from the unit was beautiful, and the beach was wonderful. While the oceanfront side of Sea Colony feels older, the bayside amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the pools, fitness center, and basketball courts. Bethany Beach itself is absolutely charming, and we had a fantastic family vacation overall.If you're considering Sea Colony, we'd recommend the community and the town—but we'd look for a different, more updated unit next time.

Celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary!

It was a lovely property, while a little over-decorated with mirrors and pottery, but clean with lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and easy access to the beach. Would go there again!

Best Location!

I loved the window-wall in the L.R. providing a close-up view of the ocean and beach! Our location provided easy access to everything, just a few steps to the pool and the ocean beach. The parking space for this unit is the best - a few steps to the building's elevator, and just a few steps to the unit door from the elevator. Reaching the town's boardwalk and shopping district was an easy walk along the beach. I can't imagine a better location for a relaxing and fun vacation anywhere in Bethany Beach.
