The first floor features the master suite - with its own private access to the deck and a view of the creek - and a bedroom (no closet). The second floor offers two more bedrooms and a loft, complete with Xbox 360. The separate cottage (the fifth bedroom) features its own bath, private entrance, and dedicated heat/air conditioning. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and more. Four TVs (all flat-screens), Blu-ray, two DVD players, DVD library, Xbox 360, Keurig, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, and WFi. *Up to two dogs are welcome to join you at this home. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: Swann Cove features a community pool, which is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests do not have access to the community's gym and clubhouse.
