This first-floor retreat has been renovated and refurbished in 2021, and is just a few steps from the beach and pool, with easy access to the playground and tennis courts. Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo featuring new countertops, cabinets, stainless appliances, and a new washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with new tile, new fixtures, and frameless glass shower doors. The primary bedroom has a king bed and there are two queens in the guest room, each room with its own TV. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level floor plan offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, three Blu-rays, WiFi, and a Keurig coffee maker. Features hardwood floors throughout. Perfect place!

Even better in person than it looks online. Great location since you don’t have to take the elevator to get to the pool / beach. Complex is very well run. View of ocean even better than it looks in pics (pics looked like it faces the dune but you can easily see over it). Would highly recommend and we are likely to return.

Convenient Location

The property is located beach side with easy access to the beach and the pool area. The condo is nicely decorated and fairly clean. Access to all the amenities at Sea Colony are a plus. The only issue is parking, you are provided one spot so if you have more than one car, you will have to search on property for a free spot which is first come first serve and not easy to come by.

This condo is lovely and was updated a couple of years ago. From the moment we walked in to an immaculately clean unit everything was perfect. Being on the first floor was so convenient to the pool and beach and the covered parking spot was ideal. My experience with Vacasa was entirely positive. They were responsive to all of my questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this unit.

We loved staying here. However, it could’ve been a little cleaner under furniture. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very dusty. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer that we cod use throughout the week. The mini sweepers were also nice to have to sweep up sand brought in by us after the beach. Overall it was nice and having an updated remodeled place was lovely! My parents stayed in one that was very outdated.

Awesome Vacation

We loved staying at Sea Colony. The condo was in a great location for us to access the pool and private beach. Some improvement opportunities: I do wish we received more information prior to coming and at check in about the area. The call center is not informative. We did meet a resident who was informative about the amenities and transportation. We wished the outside pools were open later to enjoy after dinner. The parking garage is extremely tight. Check out I had questions regarding booking next year and that wasn’t possible because the keys are just collected. Missed opportunity for Vacasa. Think about pricing for passes $47 for a family of 5 was pricey considering the condo cost and fees.
