Just a short stroll to Bethany Beach's beach, Boardwalk, shops and restaurants, this spacious, upscale three-level 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home is an excellent base camp for your next Delaware beach adventure. Home to great vacation spaces inside and out! Entertain or relax in the spacious screened porch or on the oversized open deck (with propane grill). This coastal getaway's main level features an open floor plan offering a living room, dining area and a large well-equipped kitchen (with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator with two ice makers, stove and dishwasher and antiqued custom wooden cabinets), full hallway bathroom and bedroom. The top floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and remaining four bedrooms, including the master suite (with its own private bathroom and sundeck). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.6 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Lovely house walking distance to both the beach and downtown Bethany. Air conditioning worked great. The screened in back porch was a family favorite. This house is also filled with tons of board games and my kids loved trying out some new ones. TVs in most of the bedrooms (though we didn't turn any of them on) and in the living room. Only complaint is that the house was not well cleaned and when we reached out to the rental company to let them know, nothing was done about it. We ended up doing the cleaning (dishes, laundry, outdoor shower filled with empty cans, etc) ourselves. That being said, we loved the property and would absolutely rent here again.
