Great location! We had a generational stay and it was perfect. Beaches are beautiful and only two blocks from house. Downtown Bethany was also within walking distance. A few good restaurants and plenty of shopping. Also lots of food, shops, etc on Rt 26. For kids, there’s a park a few blocks away and if you don’t mind a drive the OC boardwalk with ample rides and entertainment for kids within 20-30 minutes driving. House needs a good cleaning and organizing,

Lovely house walking distance to both the beach and downtown Bethany. Air conditioning worked great. The screened in back porch was a family favorite. This house is also filled with tons of board games and my kids loved trying out some new ones. TVs in most of the bedrooms (though we didn't turn any of them on) and in the living room. Only complaint is that the house was not well cleaned and when we reached out to the rental company to let them know, nothing was done about it. We ended up doing the cleaning (dishes, laundry, outdoor shower filled with empty cans, etc) ourselves. That being said, we loved the property and would absolutely rent here again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad the location worked perfectly for your family, and that the screened porch and board games made the stay memorable for your kids. It sounds like a wonderful getaway close to both the beach and downtown. We're truly sorry to hear that the cleanliness fell short when you arrived. That's not the standard we hold, and we've shared your experience with our housekeeping and local team so they can review what happened. We genuinely appreciate you letting us know, and we're grateful you were still able to enjoy the property despite having to put in that extra effort. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back again.
