First, the house and location was fantastic and clearly the owners take pride in their home and in making it a lovely space for guests. I do wish there was a written packet on site of house directions/instructions. There are a few in the online “guest portal” but you have to really look . Given this lack of info, BE ADVISED!!! The property management company will NOT be responsive, a “local team” will not return calls as their main office promises. You will be given phone #s and chat options to reps who do not know the property and who give you tje run around. We had questions and concerns (about the listing saying “partial ac”, working the heat and the locks) before and during our stay, and got only one answered (via app text) — the night before check out. Luckily we did not have an urgent issues. Despite how great the property is, I would not return if Vue Stay is still managing it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad the house and location exceeded your expectations, and we truly appreciate you recognizing the care the owners have put into the space. We're sorry to hear that finding information during your stay was frustrating and that our response time on your questions fell short of what you deserved. Getting clear answers about how to work the heat, AC, and locks should have been straightforward, and we understand how that gap affects your confidence in a stay. Your feedback about the need for better on-site instructions and more responsive support has been shared with our local team and management to review seriously. We genuinely value your honesty, and we hope that if your travels bring you back to this beautiful property, you'll give us the chance to show you we can do better.
