The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor at Langenstraße 33, in the backyard of an approximately 150-year-old historic building. It features two bedrooms, each with two separate beds, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining set and a couch, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Our holiday rentals (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the area. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the unit. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our holiday apartments, you are welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The holiday apartments on Langenstraße offer freezers for anglers and a fish-filleting station; a fishing shop is located about 100 m away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby car parks (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking metre/ticket shop/select days), you can leave the car park and re-enter as often as you like on the days for which you’ve paid.

Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89–92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1–2) car parks.
