Hop on the community’s private beach tram, grab one of the complimentary bikes for instant adventure, or simply do nothing at all next to the pool. Resting Beach Face was built for all of the above and room for up to 18 guests. The three levels of gorgeous, curated spaces, tucked away in the serene Treetop Village, are absolutely dreamy.

The first floor is where everyone eventually ends up. The open and spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas connect naturally, a nice flow, ideal for big dinners, late-night snacking, and those conversations that go longer than planned.

For more magic just beyond the doors, a gorgeous screened-in porch offers a shaded retreat for slow coffee mornings, while the front porch bed swing is tops among the afternoon nap circuit.

The second floor holds two guest rooms, each with a king bed, and each with its own private bathroom: a small luxury that makes a big difference when 16 people are sharing a roof. The laundry room lives here too, because beach towels and swimsuits happen.

The third floor belongs to the night owls, with the ultimate hangout headquarters. A guest room, with a king bed, is up here, along with another lounge area. But the real highlight is the incredible bunkroom, loaded with arcade games and its own private bathroom. Well, you know how this goes. Late-night tournaments, questionable high scores, and no shortage of laughs.
