The condo met all my expectations and then some. Check in was easy and it's in a nice location. Beach, a nice grocery store and a pizzeria, also a ben and Jerry's within a minutes walk.

Here are some observations that would have made the rental easier. The Welcome letter says to come to the office to get the parking passes and codes. No address given for office!!No hours given or after-hours instructions. I learned this when I called the office NO WHERE in the Welcome envelope could we find the words “garage code entry” just numbers and dates next to it After 4 days, I do see the words “Elock Gate/Elevator” did not know the entry keypad was an Elock. missed the information about using the # sign after the code because the code was not clearly labeled. We spent 30 minutes trying to determine this!!!!!! numbers on the key pad are barely readable and the # is nonexistent!Code for the unit- Very difficult to use- unit locks you out if you are not quick to enter the codes.Instructions to locks the door while in the information, it was not easy to see- buried in other information.Within Unit No bath mat in bathrooms or hand rails- safety issuesBody soap dispenser either did not work or was empty. No hand soap in the hall bathroom Door from LR to balcony did not lockOnly hangers were a few in the primary bedroom. - would like to have some in all closets. Conflicting information about what is requested with the bed linens on departure. Grounds crew begain at 7am Sat am!!!!!Despite all this, I would rent here again. Unit is nice!!!
