Perfect for family vacation together or a shared getaway with friends, this vacation rental combines two separate suites each equipped for standalone living for guest privacy and comfort. A shared wall and lock-off door adjoins the two spaces allowing for flexible living arrangements. The two-bedroom offering comes equipped with a full kitchen and a unique open living area complete with a TV, fireplace, and jetted soaking tub. The second suite features a hotel style studio layout with a private balcony, smart TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family. We’re delighted you’ve chosen Chula Vista Resort, hosted by Vacasa, for your upcoming escape. Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away. Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind. Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive. Chula Vista Suite

This unit was clean and very roomy. I would suggest a little updating. Possibly getting carpets cleaned. Overall what we needed for 5 adults and 6 children.
