Level one offers an entrance foyer, a bathroom, a laundry area, a partial kitchen, and a living area with a sleeper sofa and a screened porch. Level two offers a deck off the primary bedroom, a primary bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a large covered deck. Level three offers two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and a deck.
