The Space:

Tastefully decorated, the spacious living areas are perfect for gathering, while the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes meal prep a breeze. Curl up on the sectional and watch shows on the smart TV with streaming or play the Xbox (Game Pass installed!). The gas fireplace provides warmth, ambiance, and a cozy atmosphere.



The living area opens onto a beautiful deck with an alfresco dining area where you can gather for meals or play board games. On this level, you will also discover a bedroom with a smart TV.



The second floor features a primary suite and a junior suite, each with its own full attached bathroom. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Town of Bethany Beach. Additional perks include a gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, EV charger, Ping-Pong table, cornhole, EV charger, an XBox, and high-speed WiFi.



This elevated home offers a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. Nicely renovated, extremely well equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to the beach & downtown Bethany. The only negatives are no view and a lot of road noose from rt 26
