This beautiful thatched-roof cottage is located in a quiet yet central part of the popular Dorf area. <br>The ground floor features the living room with a cosy dining area and access to the covered patio, which offers a beautiful view of the garden. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and is perfect for cooking together. The ground floor also features a double bedroom, a shower room with a toilet, and an utility room. All rooms have access to the outdoors and offer privacy in the sheltered, outdoor sauna area. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a TV and a bedroom with a single bed. Outward-opening windows create a special atmosphere. There is also a shower room on the upper floor.<br><br>In the beautiful and lovingly landscaped garden and on the cosy covered terrace, you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute. Garden furniture and a beach chair invite you to relax.<br><br>Two parking spaces are located directly on the property.
