FEELING AT HOME IN NATURE
Waldgarten is an old hunting lodge in Leiten, a district of Achenkirch on the way to Steinberg am Rofan. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area, especially since the house is located on the edge of the forest. You have a magnificent view of the Guffert and the Unnütze mountains, and you can even hear the Ampelsbach stream—making it the perfect spot for nature lovers. There’s also a farm nearby, from which we can bring you fresh milk straight from the cows.

Waldgarten features a spacious, 95 m² ground-floor apartment. Access to the apartment is via a separate outdoor staircase from the car park. It’s ideal for families or a group of adults, as it has two bedrooms with 5 beds, a large new kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The living room features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you.



Waldgarten Holiday Rental:

Waldgarten is a large, newly renovated, and stylish apartment surrounded by nature. The 95-square-meter apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining table and a TV with streaming services (Disney, Netflix).
The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a bunk bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have large built-in closets and views of the forest and mountains.
The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, an oven, a large induction cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom, which is separate from the toilet, has a bathtub and a separate shower.
The private terrace features a large solid-wood table with benches and a grill. The terrace gets sunlight from morning until night, making it the perfect spot for a long meal with the whole family.



On-site fees: Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. Pets Dogs cost €20 per night (per dog). Please pay for your pet(s) in cash upon arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed to sleep or sit on the furniture (beds, couch, benches, etc.), and please bring appropriate pet bedding with you. A MAXIMUM OF 3 DOGS IS ALLOWED.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
