House Can Paris Son Serra de Marina near the sea

Paris is a beautiful house with a special charm in a quiet area just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina.



It is a charming house with lots of light, equipped for 6 people. In the house you will find two large terraces, one on the roof, where you can enjoy relaxing moments on the 3 loungers. Another large terrace is located in the typical Mallorca patio of the house and is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue.



There is a spacious living room and dining room with comfortable armchairs, as well as a large wooden table for 6 people and a large television. The kitchen, which will be completely renovated starting in the spring of 2025, is fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher, among others. The beds in the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower next to the rooms and another renovated bathroom with a shower on the ground floor terrace starting in 2025.



The living room and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The bunk bed room is connected through a curtain to a double bedroom and, therefore, can be cooled. Additionally, it has a ceiling fan. There is WiFi and two televisions: a Smart TV in the living room and another in the double bedroom.



The holiday home is located in Son Serra de Marina, a town known for its large beach and coastal area. The town has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy meals near the beach and feel the sea breeze. Enjoy the pleasure of walking on the sand of the incredible Son Serra beach. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to enjoy nature and, of course, the sea. If you want a sun and sea vacation, this is your accommodation.

Great spot in a nice quiet beach area

Tidy and spacious with everything you need. The power did cut out on the third night, but Ideal sent someone out the next morning and fixed it fast, even though it was Easter Sunday. Would definitely come back none!

Familien Urlaub in Son Serra de la Marina

Komfortable und geräumige Wohnung an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, ideal für den Umzug mit dem Auto zu den schönen Stränden von Cala Mesquida, Gat, Angula, Can Picafort, Cala Molins und dem sehr schönen Gebiet zwischen Alcudia und Pollencia. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ein schöner und funktionaler Außengrill, eine sehr komfortable und luftige Terrasse. Das dritte Zimmer mit Etagenbetten ist tatsächlich durch einen Vorhang voneinander getrennt, das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich draußen im Innenhof. Wir haben die praktische Waschmaschine genutzt. Das Auto kann leicht vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Schade, dass ein großer Teil des Strandes von Son Serra mit Posidonia bedeckt ist, die den Zugang ins Wasser verhindert, außer wenn man eine halbe Stunde vom Anfang des Strandes zu Fuß läuft. Für eine Wohnung dieses Niveaus und dieses Preises wäre es vielleicht ratsam, darauf zu achten, dass die Gasflasche für den Außengrill geladen ist, oder eine Ersatzflasche zu lassen, denn nach 10 Minuten Nutzung ist das Gas leer. Die Lichter auf der Terrasse funktionieren nicht. In der Küche gibt es keine Geschirrtuecher. Das Tor am Eingang muss repariert werden, weil es feststeckt

Kleines Haus in Strand Nähe. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Haus hat eine super Dachterrasse auf der man auch an Windigen Tagen gut Zeit verbringen kann.

Ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt in Son Serra

Die Wohnung ist praktisch und bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Sehr schön ist die Dachterrasse. Der Kamin ist ein schönes Extra wenn man im Frühling verreist. Wir haben ihn Abends immer angemacht. Es könnte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein. Der Fernseher ist groß, hat aber einen sehr schlechten Klang. Das Türschloss hakt, was oft umständlich beim Abschließen war.
