OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping space in the basement. 3 bedrooms and one bath on the main floor. Enjoy views of the cove from the deck. Following the steps down to the water where you can swim and enjoy the views of the cove. You can also tie your boat up to the dock. Relax at night at the firepit next to the lake. 2 Single Kayaks, one double Canoe, and one Paddle board. Adult size lifejackets provided. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE

We just returned from a week stay and there were some pros and cons.Pros:The property management was extremely responsive. Lakefront- beautiful deck, dock and lots of water toys.Dog friendlyBasement was good for the kids- they loved the karaoke machine.Quiet neighborhood, but close to town and about an hour to Portland.Kitchen had everything you need to prep and cook meals.Great fire pitCons:Cobwebs (and spiders) EVERYWHERE. The house could use a good clean inside and out.Windows need replacing- some slam shut.Front (screen) door needs replacing.Sewage smell when on the deck- notified property manager who said they would look into it right away.Basement is not fit to sleep in- my kids wouldn't go near the bed on the floor.Sunroom needed a good clean and replace some of the old furniture.No screen door on the back door. Given there is no central AC, you can't leave the door open to get a cross breeze without letting in a ton of bugs.A lot of trash on the property- could use a good clean up.Expensive for the week, but I guess because it is waterfront.
