Welcome to Holiday Rental No. 512—the “Little Swimming Beauty”

. Here you’ll find a 2-room holiday rental for 2 people, featuring a southeast-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea over the first row of low-rise buildings. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove and is open to the living/dining area via a serving hatch. The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with access from the foot of the bed. The bathroom has a skylight for ventilation, as does the small bedroom. The gently sloping sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you don’t have to cross any streets to get there. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for the duration of your stay for a fee.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
