About this property
The Saratoga Springs Ranch Retreat
Escape to your own private oasis. Nested away and just a 10-minute drive from the Saratoga racecourse or downtown Saratoga Springs, this stylish 2-bedroom home was designed specifically for travelers seeking a balance of peace, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere.
A fully renovated home in a rural setting, on six private acres, adjacent to the DEC Wilton Wildlife, Fox Parcel. Whatever the reason for your stay, this home is designed to turn a simple trip into a memorable experience.
Guests have full access to the house, minus one storage room, and the unfinished basement.
Guests have full access to the 6 acre property, which is a mix of wooded trails and fields as shown in the photos.
Guests do not have access to any of the exterior structures on the property, this includes any barns, the stable, chicken coop and woodshed.
For safety reasons, the large fire pit in the back courtyard is not available to guests. We have a solo stove that is off of the back patio area for anyone who wants to enjoy a fire during your stay. If you need wood, please inquire with the host and we can accommodate this.
We will say hello if we see you when we are taking care of the chickens, typically done once daily. We will let you know when we plan to take care of the chickens as to not surprise you with our arrival times.

What makes this property unique
This 6 acre property was home to a horse and cattle wrangler for many years prior to us acquiring it in 2020. While the horses and cattle that once enjoyed this property are now long gone, now it is home to a dozen or so chickens that enjoy free ranging as often as they can.
There is a beautiful pond, nestled on the back of the property. Neighboring the property is “forever wild” DEC protected Wilton Wildlife, with miles of hiking trails to explore.
We’ve spent the past several years, renovating the home to the latest standards and feel it has all the modern amenities that someone would hope for. The ranch retreat is a beautiful place that we have great pride in. We are happy to be able to share this home and this property with you to enjoy too!
