Great location within easy walking distance to the beach, transportation, restaurants and shopping. Residence was clean and modern with great views from 4th floor wrap around balcony.

Overall a good stay. The location was good for the beach and train, however it was on a busy street, so if you are noise sensitive, it may get loud with the patio doors/windows open. The patio was great to sit on though.Some items are dated, such as the ironing board, which had visible tears and stains.More door stops would have been great as the doors were always slamming due to the breeze.

Unterkunft für Familien geeignet

Die Lage und die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung. Der dazugehörige abschließbare Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist max. für ein Fahrzeug der Größe eines 3er BMW nutzbar. Dies muss in der Beschreibung der Wohnung zukünftig unbedingt einfließen. Ein groesseres Fahrzeug kann definitiv nicht abgestellt werden. Desweiteren darf die Garage vom Eigentümer nicht als Abstellraum genutzt werden. Dies war jedoch der Fall.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich so schön, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Wichtig: unbedingt die detaillierte Beschreibung lesen, wo Eintreten und Verlassen der Wohnung beschrieben wird. Wir hatten den Code übersehen und mussten am 1. Abend über die Garage raus & rein ;-) Garagenplatz ist sehr eng und schwer zugänglich. Für grösseren SUV nicht nutzbar.

Die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber, schöne Terrasse..leider an sehr lärmiger Strasse gelegen, der Parkplatz für etwas grössere Autos zu eng. Aber allgemein sehr schönes und angenehmes Quartier, Betteuung durch Interhome vor Ort sehr gut.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Appartment mit tollem Blick in alle Richtungen. 2 Duschen, leider nur eine Toilette, die sehr klein ist. Trotzdem sehr empfehenswert. Sehr gepflegt und nahe an allen wichtigen Geschäften.

Appartement confortabble et moderne

Appartement spacieux avec une grande terrasse sublime avec vue mer via hippodrôme. La route N7 assez proche est un peu bruyant. Pas audible à l’intérieur. Pour l’été c’est la clim qui manque.
