Welcome to our holiday home "BaabeNixe 214"!

Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, in the winter cozy in our light-flooded gallery, the crackle of the fireplace, enjoy the view of the snow-covered forest, that is pure relaxation! The exclusive, spacious establishment (about 90 square meters) with sauna, fireplace, reading area and underfloor heating at low heating costs (economical condensing gas spa) makes our beautiful beach house an idyll in every season.

The house has many extras, such. 2 baby cots, 1 high chair, free internet, 2 bedrooms with TV, large flat screen TV and music system in the living room u. V. M. Also on little things such. B. Toys (also Lego and sandbox toys) badminton rackets and pedal car as well as iron, ironing board and hair dryer was thought. You will not miss anything in this house. Be happy our guest.

Man kommt den unbefestigten Weg hoch und schon der erste Anblick des Hauses mit seiner Lage abseits der Straße, umgeben vom alten Kiefernbestand der Dünenlandschaft, lässt einem das Herz höher schlagen. Beim Betreten macht sich ein Gefühl von „zu Hause ankommen“ breit, durch die gemütliche, wohnliche Atmosphäre mit maritimem Flair. Ausreichend Kuscheldecken für Mensch und Tier sind vorhanden – frieren muss niemand. Eine Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung wartet schon. Küche und Bad sind ausreichend gut ausgestattet, ordentlich und sauber. Die integrierte Sauna ist ebenso tadellos. Die Abläufe von Badewanne und Dusche waren verstopft. Der Waschmaschine sieht man die getane Arbeit der letzten Jahre schon ein bisschen an. Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus sauber gehalten, sieht man von den mit Kiefernnadeln verzierten Spinnwebnestern rund um das Haus ab. Die Fenster sehen gesäubert bestimmt gut aus. Insektenschutzgitter sind an einigen aber leider nicht allen Fenstern. Derzeit leider eine schmerzvolle Erfahrung. 3 Kinderräder und 2 Damenfahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Damenräder bedürfen intensiver Pflege. Freunden des Fahrradfahrens rate ich zum Mitbringen der eigenen Zweiräder. Wünschenswert: Ein Strandkorb auf der Veranda und ein weniger wackliger Tisch, als der vorhandene. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt in diesem schnuckeligen Ferienhaus namens Baabe-Nixe gefiel uns ausnehmend gut, wenn auch mit kleinen Abstrichen, die mit etwas gutem Willen leicht aus der Welt zu schaffen sind.

Tolle Lage

Enttäuschend war die Sauberkeit, Dreckecken, sehr schmutzige Fenster, schmutzige Küchenfliesen. Die Dusch-Abflüsse mussten repariert werden. Sonst Top-Lage und sehr gute Anbindung durch Bäderbahn.

Schöne Lage sehr nah an der Ostsee

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Nur 50 Meter bis zum Wasser, ruhige Lage. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Nur leider konnten wir die Fussbodenheizung im oberen Bad nicht gut regulieren. Eine Beschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten alles ok.

Winterurlaub

sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz .Die Grundreinigung könnte etwas besser sei und das Bettzeug sollte mal erneuert werden. Tolles neues Bad. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kurtaxe für die Winterzeit ist zu hoch da man kaum Vergünstigungen nutzen kann. Buchung über fewo-direkt ist unnötige Abzocke 80,00€ für nichts. Mit freundlichen Güßen Thomas Berger
