The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.

Beautiful and inviting home. Communication from the host was timely, accurate, and just the right amount of information. Beth, the property manager, was so AMAZING in helping us to get situated and answering any questions. We asked if there was a grill on the property and she responded 'no', but then immediately went out and bought one for us. LOVE her! It is important to note that all common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) are in fact common to other guests in the house. So, if you like being social, which we do, this is your place!We were literally the first guests at the property, so still working out some bugs. Would definitely go back.
