Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all of our needs, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The location was fantastic—close to Gulch, Broadway, and many of the main activities and attractions. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

The price was great, and the place was very spacious, allowing each couple to have their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was also centrally located, with lots of great bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The only issue we had was that two of the TVs in the bedrooms were not working.

Nice property, walking distance to the Gulch and South 12th, great rooftop with excellent seating, grill and fire pit. The only minor drawbacks were limited guest parking, some difficulty with the front lock, and supplies for coffee could have been better. But we would definitely go back.

Property is well kept and communication with the property management was excellent. They reply to you my messages very promptly. The property is very close to broadway, Gulch and 12 South. It’s a walking distance to Gulch. Lots of restaurants that are close by. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels are good and looks like slightly new. The kitchen towels looks like they are slightly new also. The roof top is a plus. It’s a nice place to hang around before heading out to downtown and even a place to relax after a busy day. It is also a pet friendly property. My only recommendation is if they can put pillow covers on the pillow and to provide garbage bags. I like the fact that beach bedroom has their own bathroom. No need to rush when trying to get ready. They were also able to accurate us the 2 extra days the last minute. Truly appreciate that. Overall, it’s an excellent property to stay and very comfortable for 8 people since it has 4 bedrooms.
