Villa Aurum is located in the Graal area at the corner of Parkstraße and Kurstraße. On Kurstraße, you’ll find several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, a spa doctor, a library, the Sparkasse bank, a boutique, and much more. At the end of Kurstraße, not far from Villa Aurum, lies the Rhododendron Park.
The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is situated between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst Peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest area. Graal-Müritz has a population of about 4,000. The town offers a variety of shopping options. Attractions include the 350-meter-long pier, the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26-meter-high tower, and the Ribnitz raised bog.

Your spacious holiday apartment consists of a sunny living room, a cosy bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have access to the beautiful, long south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sunshine. Another balcony (north-facing) is attached to the bedroom, which is furnished with two separate beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring four ceramic burners, an oven, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, is perfect for enjoying leisurely evenings spent cooking. The small bathroom features a toilet and a shower. The apartment comes with access to a shared bike shed and a parking space.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price; you may bring your own or book them as an optional extra.

The visitor’s tax is 2.80 euros per night year-round, reduced rate 1.40 euros per night; children up to and including age 15 are exempt. The visitor’s tax is payable in cash upon arrival.
