This bright, 3-bedroom holiday apartment, measuring approximately 90 m², is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Anna I and can accommodate up to 6 people for a wonderful holiday in St. Peter-Ording.

The large living room features modern, nautical-inspired decor. It is furnished with a comfortable couch and a TV armchair. The spacious dining table seats up to 8 people.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows make the room feel bright and inviting. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a stereo system, and a DVD player are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Adjacent to the living room is the apartment’s larger loggia (overlooking the promenade). It is furnished and equipped with a comfortable beach chair.

The separate kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, and other small appliances, etc.

Adjacent to the living room is the holiday rental’s large bedroom, featuring a double bed (180x200 cm), a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a wardrobe.
The smaller, furnished loggia—accessible from there—provides plenty of light and a great view of the surrounding area.

The second (smaller) bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double sinks. The spacious shower has a very low threshold, making it suitable for people with limited mobility.

Thanks to its location and amenities, this holiday rental is also perfect for a family holiday, as children are welcome here and toys are provided for them.

This apartment has access to the lift.
