Semi-detached House "Lütt Häwel" - A Holiday Under a Thatched Roof in St. Peter Ording

In a wonderfully quiet location between the village and Böhl, this modern semi-detached house features a typical North Frisian thatched roof.
With a spacious 85m², up to 4 people plus a toddler can enjoy a wonderful holiday here in St. Peter Ording. The popular Westküstenpark is right next door, and Böhler Beach is just a short walk away. The holiday rental features a spacious, furnished wooden deck; during the season, a traditional North German beach chair is available here. The large garden is perfect for sunbathing and playing, and even includes a playground with a slide, sandpit, swings, and a trampoline. Thanks to its location and amenities, this semi-detached house is particularly family-friendly; children are very welcome here.

With its many large windows, the modern living room is wonderfully bright and inviting.
It features a cosy seating area consisting of a comfortable corner sofa, cosy chairs, and armchairs.
Multimedia entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a hi-fi system.

The separate kitchen with a dining area is very well equipped. Among other things, the kitchen features a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One is furnished with a large 180x200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a cot. The holiday rental includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, accessible from both bedrooms.

Mit Ihnen dann lief alles super, schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum. Die Familie sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder. Wünschenswert wäre ein nutzbarer Gartenschlauchanschluss um die sandigen Füße abzuwaschen und nicht damit durchs ganze Haus laufen zu müssen.

Das Haus war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Wiesenbkumen standen auf dem Tisch. Man hat sich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Der Garten war für die Kinder und uns ein Traum. Es war sehr ruhig und die "Nachbarn" sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Vermittlung noch eine Flasche Wein. Wwnn noch mal SPO dann wieder genau hier her.

Das Ferienhaus war Klasse! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war an Inventar alles vorhanden, ebenso top sauber, sogar eine Waschmaschine war drin (damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet). Wir haben uns richtig wohl und Willkommen gefühlt. Am Ankunftstag waren sogar frische Blumen auf dem Esstisch gestanden. Auch die Nachbarn (Hauseigentümer in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte) waren sehr nett. Unser Sohn durfte Ihre Hasen streicheln. Alles in Allem Klasse!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche im schönen reetgedeckten Haus verbringen dürfen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist top, ruhige Lage, die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Bernd und Karin

Irreführung in der Beschreibung

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich nicht wie annonciert um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Vielmehr handelt es sich um ein Einfamilienhaus mit zwei Einheiten, die über zwei (normale) Zimmertüren miteinander verbunden sind. Links wohnt der Vermieter, der sich als „Nachbar“ vorstellt, und rechts ist die …tja… Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter nutzt die Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss, sodass für die Ferienwohnung ein Dusch-Bad mit WC im Obergeschoss zur Verfügung steht. Das sehr ansehnliche Haus mit großer Helligkeit im Erdgeschoss samt des (von der Vermieterfamilie) genutzten Gartens, sowie die Lage des Objektes sind gut. Die externe Reinigungsfirma arbeitete vor unserem Besuch nur bis zu zwei Metern Arbeitshöhe, dass ist hier aber nur eine abzuändernde Randnotiz.

Abwechslungsreiche Tage an der Nordsee

Im Spätherbst muss man für jedes Wetter die passende Kleidung dabei haben, und dies hatten wir. So stand abwechslungsreichen Tagen an der Küste und im Hinterland nichts im Wege. Nettes Haus unter Reet, toller Strand und Küste in SPO… es hat gepasst und viel Freude gemacht!
