Very nice place to stay - super quiet, very relaxing spot next to the river and easy to access all the trails and amenities near the south end of the lake. It was easy to check in and check out, with great communication from the host, and the cabin was very clean and exactly as the pictures show and the property was described. Would definitely stay here again!
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, etc. Cabin was nicely decorated. Hot tub clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the lake and many activities. Highly recommend.
The location on the river is just amazing. I could sit on that patio overlooking the river forever in bliss. Lovely blankets, snacks, coffee, showers, and any and every kitchen utensil needed. Thank you for your expansive thoughtfulness!
Nice location overlooking river. Great “white noise”. Home is very spacious. Kitchen was very functional. Grand kids LOVED the bunk room. Backyard is not suitable for children however the back patio has a gate and plenty of seating. We used the bbq grill and that worked well. If we need the space again we would fire sure consider this rental again.
I wish I could rate amenities 6 stars. This was the perfect cabin for a few of us to escape to the lake/Eagle Cap wilderness. There is a lot to do in the area but also the cabin had everything we needed and more. The white noise of the creek was not overwhelming and the space, layout, beds, pillows, games and kitchen made the trip enjoyable because there was everything we needed. The new oven had a lot of buttons but that's a first world problem.
This home is beautiful. It is very well equipped with comfortable beds and all the features you want in a home. It sits on the amazing Wallowa River with a wonderful deck overlooking. The sound of the river flows through the home. So many windows and screens to comfortable enjoy the weather, the trees and the surroundings. It is in an area with many cabins and homes, but feels so private with a fully fenced yard, and the river. Hard to tell you have any neighbors. Plenty of walking from the home. Hiking nearby. We had a wonderful dip in Wallowa Lake, just 5 minutes from the house. Our party of 9 thoroughly enjoyed the location and hope to return again soon.
