The 3-room duplex apartment on the 2nd floor features a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a living room (with a sleeper sofa and TV) and a seating area; a spacious refrigerator; a kitchen (with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher) with a dining area, and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the attic (low ceiling height!) there is a sleeping alcove with two additional sleeping spots (mattresses). The adjustable desk with a view also makes it possible to work while on holiday. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony. A parking space is available (max. clearance height 2.30 m). A coin-operated washing machine is available in the shared basement. Wi-Fi. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!<br><br>The apartment is located in the popular Nordhelmsiedlung area, in a quiet, idyllic setting among the dunes. The beach and the sea are just a few minutes’ walk away.
