The three-bedroom layout was perfect for my family, and everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed during our trip.The location was great, and being so close to the beach made our vacation even more enjoyable. We spent quality time together, made great memories, and truly felt at home during our stay.The host was responsive and helpful, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Spacious and clean property within walking distance from the beach and Carolina Pier. The host replied quickly to any questions we had about the property and on-site parking. The kitchen came fully equipped to cook in and had a Keurig coffee maker to start those long beach days off right! The bathrooms not only provided towels/washcloths but also soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There were enough beach towels in the condo for our entire party (7 people). The condo was a lot bigger than it looked in the pictures. The ONLY downside was that there is a condo above this one and you can hear the people above you when they are walking around. But, that is true with any condo/apartment unless you are in the top floor. Our whole group was very pleased with the property, the accessibility to the beach, and all the extras provided at the condo that saved us room in our suitcases.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently vacationed to Carolina Beach with four other gals, and we could not have been more pleased with this rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. There was a closet of beach toys, chairs, and equipment that were all in good condition. Additionally, there were bonus supplies in the rental that aren't often plentiful at short-term residences- trash bags, detergent, beach towels, hangers, plentiful blankets/ bedding, etc. This property is maybe 15 yards from beach access. I will note that there is a pier very close, maybe 20 yards away, so there can be loud music in th evenings. (The music was over at a reasonable time, and the volume wasn't overwhelming from within the rental, just on the porch).
