Great location for a large family or group. Close to parks and air port, old town, restaurants and shopping. Community pool was also a nice bonus. Adil was a great host and quick to respond to any questions.

Some of the furniture was a bit worn and the beds in the secondary bedrooms were not very comfortable, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the home and nice bathrooms and kitchen.

The property was perfect for us (Grandma and Papa, had their own room and bathroom on the lower level. While myself and my husband and 3 kids were on the upper level with 3 additional bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner prior to arrival. The club house pool was also an added bonus. This property is located in a very nice gated community. The property was located close to Seaworld and also very close to major retail stores for groceries and shopping. I would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at this home during our Epic Universe trip! From the moment we walked in, the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.My entire family loved staying here. The home had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation after long days at the parks. The location was great, making it easy to get to Universal and nearby restaurants and stores.The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and had all the basics to get you started on your vacation. Very close to everything, fantastic location.My 4 star rating is more for the complex and an internet issue. From the time we arrived Tuesday afternoon until departure on Sunday we had no internet connection whatsoever. Our host was very responsive and helpful trying to resolve the issue. Spectrum said it wasn’t an issue on their end early on, it was. We had two 17 year olds with us, and while it gave us time to connect with them more I would have LOVED some down time to relax in the evenings and I wasn’t able to work while I was away for the week.If you have teenagers they cannot access the complex pool or gym unless they are 18. I understand this for legal/safety reasons, but the pool at its deepest is not even 5’ and the lazy river is about 3’. Again, it would have been nice for them to be able to access it on their own, but at least we had our splash pool at the townhome.Foosball table, darts, and a Pac-Man arcade game are all included and are in great shape.One downside is your neighbors are all in very close proximity, and some may be very rowdy, especially late at night, but you never know who stays next to you and you have to roll with the punches. Overall it was a good stay, I’d recommend it, and would book again.
