This 5 Bedroom and 5 Bathroom Vacation Home in 2 floors is located in the Storey Lake Resort Community, Osceola County, very close to the main Parks and Attractions in Orlando. The 5 Bedrooms and 2 Living Rooms, all together with 7 LED TVs, come in handy to sleep up to 14 guests (distributed in 2 king, 2 queen, 2 twin and 2 sofa beds). The large Kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in, with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and many black/stainless steel appliances. Take a break and cool off in your very own pool/jacuzzi and dine poolside at your leisure. For your convenience, this Home includes a washer and dryer, FREE WIFI, Minibar and a Keurig. For your Car, we have space for 2-3 cars just in front of the Property, together with the outside parking just in front of the Storey Lake Hideaway Club (the "Clubhouse"), where all guests have complimentary access. Also, we have been adding frequently new items and the most recent were Ceiling Fans in all 5 Bedrooms, a new Sofa and carpet in the downstairs Living Room and new Lights for the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room. We enjoyed our stay and the property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in most areas. However, one major issue affected our experience. The listing advertised a barbecue grill as part of the amenities, but when we arrived, the grill was locked. After contacting the host, we were told that using the grill required an additional 40 “cleaning fee” plus 50 to refill the propane tank. We are a family of four and only planned to grill eight pieces of chicken, so being asked to pay 90 for a basic amenity that was advertised as included felt unreasonable and misleading. Every rental we’ve stayed at has always included grill use as part of the standard cleaning fee. Everything else about the stay was great, but the unexpected grill charges were disappointing and should be clearly disclosed in the listing.

Thank you for your feedback and for the kind words about the property. I would like to respectfully address the point regarding the barbecue grill. The additional cleaning fee and propane refill cost are disclosed in the listing and are also clearly stated in the guest voucher provided prior to arrival — they apply only when the grill is used, because grill cleaning requires specialized service between stays and propane is a consumable that varies with each guest's use. This structure keeps the base rate lower for guests who do not intend to use the grill, rather than passing the cost on to everyone. I appreciate that pre-arrival materials contain a great deal of information, and I will make sure this specific detail is presented even more prominently so that future guests have full visibility from the start. The house was spacious and well equipped to handle many people. It was updated, warm and welcoming. Luis (host) was very responsive in getting back to me when I had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was a 4/5. My pass to get into the gate to Storey Lake never worked and I had to use the call button each time. Overall, good experience though.

We had a wonderful time visiting over spring break. The house is in a great spot to use the community pool and other amenities. The house can accommodate a large family without feeling like you are on top of one another.
